“For some the journey may appear easy while for others the journey is more complex and difficult. The complexity of the journey cannot be judged from one person to another. Each person’s journey is unique because we all bring to this journey our own experiences and baggage. Baggage that for some is filled with hardships, for others filled with vivacity, and for still others filled with hidden or forgotten trauma. Although we all have the same destination, no one experiences the journey in quite the same way.

For me, this journey has been one of introspection, of deep questioning and understanding. It has brought to light my childhood wounds with the wisdom to see their connection to my struggles in life.”
